Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

Epikade, operated by Soham Trading ("we", "our", or "us"), develops and publishes mobile applications and games. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected when users access or use the mobile game Nockout Puzzle: Arrow Escape ("Nockout" or the "Game").

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Game, certain information may be collected automatically to support gameplay functionality, analytics, notifications, and service improvement.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us an email.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used to:

3. Firebase Services

The Game uses the following Firebase services operated by Google:

Use of Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial advertisements shown between levels and rewarded advertisements shown when a player chooses to watch one in exchange for extra hints.

AdMob and its partners may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Information collected by AdMob is processed according to Google's advertising policies, available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time through your device's system settings.

5. Push Notifications

The Game requests notification permission only after the user completes their first daily challenge. If permission is granted, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token is generated for the device and stored in our Firestore database so that server-sent announcements and reminders can be delivered.

The Game also schedules a local notification at midnight (local device time) to remind the user that a fresh daily challenge is available. Local notifications remain on the device and are not transmitted to our servers.

You can revoke notification permission at any time through your device's system settings. Revoking permission will stop all push and local reminders.

6. Internet Connectivity

The Game requires an internet connection for certain features including:

Core gameplay can be played offline. Data generated while offline is stored locally and synchronized when the device reconnects to the internet.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is designed for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, or contact details from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at the email address below and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention

Anonymous gameplay statistics and device identifiers are retained as long as necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy. Bug reports submitted through the Game are retained until the issue is resolved. Firebase data retention follows the configuration of the underlying Google service.

If you wish to have your device's gameplay data deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email address below and providing your in-app device identifier. The device identifier can be sent automatically by using the "Contact us" option inside the Game's Settings screen.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through the Game, including encrypted transport (HTTPS / TLS) for all data sent to Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies. These services include:

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email address below.

12. Links to External Websites

The Game may include links to external resources such as this Privacy Policy page, the Terms of Service page, and store listings. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
